Surely, given the list of all-star sponsors of this 'Bush bill', even Kerry would have the sense to avoid such as obvious deception. But, alas, it doesn't seem so:

Answering a question about the draft that had been posed at a forum with voters, Kerry said: "If George Bush were to be re-elected, given the way he has gone about this war and given his avoidance of responsibility in North Korea and Iran and other places, is it possible? I can't tell you."

Well Senator, if you 'can't tell' us, what can you tell us? Perhaps you could begin with the list of sponsors of the unpopular bill that appears to be dying in committee even as we speak.

Powerline and Michelle Malkin have more on this new scare tactic. Suffice it to say Kerry and the Democrats have a lot of gall to accuse anyone of using dirty tricks, lies, innuendo......well, all that and more. In fact, gall is not quite strong enough to express the depths that liberals have sunk to in their desperate quest for power at all costs. Head on over for the rest of the sordid story. Then, give the Democrats their just reward at the polls.
