Presidential Bumper Stickers
And the potential for vehicle damage
The only sticker on my car reads 26.2. It's a safe sticker. Nobody is going to key my car because of that.
Nobody is going to key my car if I sport an Obama sticker, either. At least, not in downtown Cleveland. Kerry/Edwards stickers are still pretty common around here. I see the occasional W04 sticker but only in the boonies.
But now I have to consider whether or not to put a political sticker on my car. I could go with an Obama sticker, but that would be hypocritical, since I'm not going for Obama. Besides, I'm not driving a Lexus or BMW, so people would know I was faking it.
I thought about a McCain/Palin sticker. Well, they are up in the polls, but those going down have many unhappy supporters. Definite keying magnet.
Then I thought I found the perfect solution: Democrats for McCain. Two seconds reflection told me that wasn't a good idea. Then I thought about PUMAS for McCain. Too obscure, plus it has a dreaded GOP name.
But now I have figured out the perfect solution:
Hillary 2012
Who could be offended?
